The Pilot craft beer system is the brainchild of the Chairman of Polyco Group – Professor Dr. Dinh Van Thuan, a leading expert in the beer and spirits industry in Vietnam and worldwide. He wants The Pilot to be a place where experts in the Food Technology industry can freely conduct research, and where students can freely create beers with unique flavors, while still meeting international beer standards.

The Pilot team is a combination of leading beer industry experts in Vietnam with experience at large corporations such as Polyco and Sabeco, beer experts worldwide, and the youthful energy of students from Dong A University of Technology.
