The Pilot craft beer system is the passion of the Chairman of the Polyco Group – Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Thuan, a leading expert in the beer and alcohol production industry in Vietnam and worldwide. He envisions The Pilot as a place for food technology experts to freely conduct research, and for students to creatively innovate, producing unique flavored beers that still meet all international beer standards.

HOPS

Sourced from a region specializing in growing high-quality hops, the hops are harvested between 1 and 3 a.m. to ensure a distinctive flavor when brewing craft beer.
